Antibacterial Poplin Cotton Fabric - White

Katia presents the antibacterial white fabric, a 100% organic cotton poplin fabric. It is a hypoallergenic fabric made of organic cotton that is GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified. These certificates guarantee that no toxic products or pesticides have been used during its manufacture. This antibacterial fabric also complies with the UNE-0065 standard.

It is perfect for making protective accessories, garments and accessories for babies or for any member of the family. It has a biocide treatment that will neutralize bacteria and a waterproof treatment that will avoid the passage of saliva through the fabric. This makes it ideal for making bibs, robes and much more.

It is even perfect for creating garments for children and babies, such as T-shirts, bodysuits, rompers, dresses, jumpsuits and much more.

Thanks to its impermeability, saliva droplets will not pass through this material and the biocide will help neutralize bacteria.

Recommendations for this fabric:

• Washable at up to 60ºC
• Do not tumble dry.
• It is advisable to iron it during 10 seconds at 120-140ºC
• You can bleach it.
• After 25 washes, the biocide treatment start losing efficacity.
