Fonty Nimbus is a high-quality merino wool, made of a blend of two extraordinary fibres: Arles Merino, a fleece from a breed of sheep raised in the Mediterranean plains of Camargue and Crau in France, and Merino from Portugal, sourced from farms in Alentejo, in the south of Portugal.

Both merino fibres ensure a warm, soft, and elegant fabric, perfect for knitting your most comfortable autumn and winter garments.

This natural fibre features naturally mottled raw and brown tones, and is dyed to achieve a palette of over 20 colours with a slight mottling. Choose your favorite shade and knit sweaters, jackets, hats, scarves... and much more!

  • 100% Merino Wool (Blend of Arles Merino and Merino from Portugal).

Characteristics of Fonty Nimbus:

  • Each ball contains 50 grams and 150 metres.
  • Appropriate thickness for knitting with needles from 3 to 3.5 mm.
  • Hand wash recommended with mild wool detergent. You can use a few drops of fabric softener.
  • Do not twist to drain, remove excess water with a towel.
  • Dry flat without hanging.
