Katia Kaleido

Katia presents Kaleido, a large size ball, which has a total of 900 metres. It is made of acrylic fibres, mohair and polyamide. This model is perfect to knit original and elegant garments and accessories for the autumn and winter season because of its thermal features. Knit a big shawl with only one ball!

It has a twisted thread with small hairs that give a high-quality softness to the ball. You will feel like you are in a dream wearing clothes made with Kaleido!

Katia Kaleido is made of…

• 80% acrylic
• 10% mohair
• 10% polyamide

Kaleido combines natural and synthetic fibres to get a comfortable, resistant and soft ball.

This yarn will protect you from the coldest days of the winter.

On the one hand, the mix of acrylic fibres and mohair gets a similar quality to natural wool with a very soft touch. On the other hand, the polyamide gives resistance to the ball.

Which are the features of Kaleido by Katia?

• Each ball has 150 grams and 900 metres. 
• Its thickness is perfect to knit it with 3,5 - 4 mm knitting needles or with the 4 – 4,5 mm crochet hook.
• Mount 29 stitches and do 22 laps to make a 10 x 10 cm sample.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30º C.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron low.
• Dry flat.
