Lang Yarns Airolo is a high-quality yarn made of 100% wool coming from Corriedale sheep living in the Patagonia. These animals live free and offer excellent wool.

The Corriedale wool is known by its extra long and thin fibers making it resistant and softer. Its fibers are characterized by its white aspect making them very easy to dye to get intense colors.

These fibers will keep you warm, so this yarn is perfect to make warm garments for winter. Thanks to its softness, it is suitable for babies, children, and adults.

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 100 grams and around 150 meters.
  • Its thickness is recommended to work with the 5.5 – 6 mm knitting needles.
  • Mount 17 stitches and do 23 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • Washable at up to 30ºC.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron at low temperature.
