Malabrigo Silkpaca is an ideal ball for all types of skins, composed of two high quality materials that result a soft and fluffy wool. You can create all kinds of projects : sweaters, cardigans, scarves, hats... Due to its delicacy and softness, is an ideal wool for all types of skins, even for the most sensitive, such as children.

This wool is bright and the variety of original colours available is great. 

They are hand-dyed in small dyes, so the result is totally original and each colour is unique.

As there are only 5 balls per dye lot, if you want to make a bigger work, we recommend you to make a turn with each dyeing so that there are no sudden jumps of color.

What is the composition of Silkpaca Malabrigo ?

• 70% baby alpaca
• 30% silk

This combination is very luxurious and soft. The baby alpaca is obtained from the first shearing of the sheep, so it has more quality and is softer than wool obtained in later shearing. As for the silk, it achieves a shiny and warm effect on the ball.

What are the characteristics of Malabrigo Silkpaca?

• Each ball contains 50 grams and about 384 meters.
• Its thickness is ideal for working with 3.25 - 5 mm needles or 2 - 3.5 mm crochet.
• Type of thickness: lace.
• Hand wash and in cold water.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron
• Dry flat.
