Mondial Cosmo

Mondial Cosmo is a warm yarn which offers a pleasant feeling on the skin. It consists of a mixture of natural and synthetic fibers resulting in a soft, elegant, resistant and high quality yarn suitable for the whole family.

The shape of its ply has been twisted creating a tubular effect. In addition, it includes small metallic fibers that will give a glitter touch to your garments.

It is available in 10 shades that will suit all tastes. Its design consists of a gradient of shades that will create a progressive colour effect on your projects. Dark, light, pastel, neutral... Choose your favourite one and start creating your own pieces!

Mondial Cosmo is made of:

• 50% Merino virgin wool
• 8% PA microfiber
• 40% PC microfiber
• 2% Metallic polyester

This yarn combines natural virgin merino wool fibers with some synthetic fibers, such as polyamide, acrylic and polyester. Merino wool fibers provide warmth and fluffiness, while the synthetic fibers offer a resistant, flexible and comfortable to wear results. It is the ideal yarn for you and your family!

Which are the features of Mondial Cosmo?

• Each ball has 50 grams and 150 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 5 - 6 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 16 stitches and do 24 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Machine washable at up to 30ºC.
• Do not dry.
• Dry flat.
• Iron at up to 110ºC.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a kid sweater size 10 years you will need 4 - 5 balls approx.
• To knit a sweater size 42 you will need 6 - 7 balls approx.
• To knit a sweater size 48 you will need 8 - 9 balls approx.
