Mondial Lieve

Mondial Lieve is composed almost entirely of natural fibers coming from the first shearing. The fibers of this yarn are very pleasant to the touch. It combines natural fibers with Microfiber PA providing resistance to your creations.

You can make furry garments with an original design, such as shawls, scarves, vests, jumpers... It is available in 23 solid colours. Choose the one that best suits your needs and get different shades and funny results on your creations.

Mondial Lieve is made of:

• 90% kid mohair
• 10% PL microfiber

Mohair fibers come from the Angora goat fur. This material is characterized by its great softness and its brightness. "Kid" means that it has been obtained from the first shearing of the goat offe-ring a higher quality.

Mohair fibers are combined with the PL microfiber, a synthetic fiber that provides resistance to your creations.

Which are the features of Mondial Lieve?

• Each ball has 50 grams and 140 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 5 – 5.5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 16 stitches and do 20 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Hand washing with cold water.
• Do not use the dryer.
• Iron at up to 110ºC.
• Dry flat.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a kid sweater you will need 5 - 6 balls approx.
• To knit a sweater size 42 you will need 7 - 8 balls approx.
• To knit a sweater size 48 you will need 9 - 10 balls approx.
