Mondial Special Baby is a fine yarn with a soft and smooth finish. Create fluffy and sweet garments  for the whole family with this 4-ply yarn especially designed to take care of babies' skin.

It is available in pastel colours especially desgined for baby garments such as bootees or bodies, and for adults such as ponchos, sweaters, hats, etc.

Mondial Special Baby is made of:

• 100% Virgin merino wool

Wool fibers come from the first shearing of a merino sheep, so it provides higher quality to your creations. It also stands out for its thermal properties, as it will keep your body temperature steady in the coldest days.

Which are the features of Mondial Special Baby?

• Each ball has 50 grams and 233 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2.5 – 3.5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 28 stitches and do 35 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• We recommend you to hand wash this yarn
• Iron at up to 110ºC.
• Do not dry.
• Dry flat.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a long sleeve sweater size 10 years you will need 5 - 6 balls approx.
• To knit a long sleeve sweater size 42 you will need 7 - 8 balls approx.
• To knit a long sleeve sweater size 48 you will need 9 - 10 balls approx.
