Magazine Rowan New Nordic Men's Collection - By Arne and Carlos

The Rowan New Nordic magazine, designed by the designers Arne & Carlos, presents a total of 12 knitting patterns with all instructions and patterns.

They have been inspired by the traditional Norwegian style, while adding a modern touch with the combinations on offer. This is an original collection for knitters who want designs on their clothes. 

We often find on Norwegian style clothes a Jacquard pattern that let friezes and designs appear on the project. 

This magazine is perfect if you want to bring decorations on your Christmas clothes and accessories for example!

The patterns in the New Nordic magazine are designed to be knitted with Felted Tweed and Kidsilk Haze wools, two wools made from high quality fibres such as merino, alpaca, viscose, mohair and silk. You'll get elegant results and excellent quality!

Which patterns can I knit with Arne&Carlos' Rowan New Nordic magazine?

In this magazine you will find the following 12 patterns:

• Gry: Warm and comfortable sweater in Felted Tweed wool. It is a turtleneck sweater with a very original shoulder-to-shoulder pattern.
• Olava: model that mixes two textures by knitting Felted Tweed wool with Kidsilk Haze wool. It is a grey sweater with a big blue snowflake on the front part.
• Dagny: a very soft and elegant collar knitted with Kidsilk Haze wool, with scalloped lines in different colours.
• Tuva: sweater with a symmetrical diamond pattern. It mixes the two different textures by combining Felted Tweed wool with Kidsilk Haze wool.
• Freya: a perfect cardigan for this winter! It is knitted with both wools and combines two different patterns.
• Ingrid: it's a big cardigan, designed for the most cold weather prone among us, that goes down to half of the thighs. 
• You can create a background with a blue and grey line and a red diamond print. This will give it a unique and original style that you will love!
• Eivor: gloves or mittens to keep your hands warm. The design, in red and white, forms snowflakes.
• Embla: sweater knitted with Kidsilk Haze wool with wavy lines to give your creation a scalloped look.
• Norrun: knitted with Felted Tweed wool, this XXL size collar will allow you to go around your neck twice.
• Svanhild: made with Kidsilk Haze wool, this braided hairband comes in two different colours.
• Solveig: nice hat with snowflakes that mixes the mohair texture of Kidsilk Haze wool with the Felted Tweed texture.
• Ragna: bolero knitted on a striped background with a diamond pattern.
