Rowan Pebble Island

Rowan Pebble Island is named after the place where the wool is obtained. Pebble Island is located in the Falkland Islands where thousands of merino sheep graze free.

These sheep have soft and pure merino wool which is obtained respecting the welfare of animals. For this reason, Pebble Island presents luxurious wool fibers. Perfect for all type of skins, even for the most sensitive ones.

This yarn is soft and warm, perfect to keep you warm during the coldest days o winter. It is a natural, organic, biodegradable, breathable, hypoallergenic, resistant and elastic wool, which makes it comfortable both to knit and to wear.

Its beautiful range of colors is designed by Erika Knight. She is inspired by the natural stones, flowers, flora and fauna from the Pebble Island.

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball has 50 grams and 108 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4.5 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 20 stitches and do 28 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Handwash recommended.
• Do not iron.
• Do not tumble dry.

• To knit a long-sleeved sweater size 42 you will need around 11 balls.
