Sandnes Smart is a yarn presenting a superwash treatment, able to be washed at up to 40ºC without harming its fibers.

This yarn is perfect to knit garments for the whole family. Thanks to its resistant features, this yarn will not lose its features after each wash.

Sandnes Smar is made of:

  • 100% superwash wool

Thanks to its superwash treatment we get a yarn with a small percentage of hair on its surface making it more resistant. Your garments will not shrink!

You will also find this yarn very soft and resistant and anti-pilling. 

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 50 grams and 100 meters.
  • Its thickness is perfect to work with the 3,5 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
  • Mount 22 stitches to knit a 10 cm gauge.
  • Washable at up to 40ºC.
  • Iron at mid temperature.
  • Do not tumble dry.

Amount of balls needed to:

  • To knit a long-sleeved sweater size 42 you will need 11-12 balls.
