Schachenmayr Brazilia is a modern thread that offers a bright and original finish thanks to the high quality of its large fur.

The Aran-10ply thread is made by 10 fine ends twisted between them creating a thin and soft braid.

This furry thread is characterised by its brightness and its mink effect that will provide a soft, elegant and nice finish.

Its texture is especially designed for knitting clothes, accessories and original projects.

Brazilia is made of polyester fibres that provide strength, resistance and durability to your creations.

You should know that Brazilia…

• Each ball has 50 grams and 63 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4.5 – 5.5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 18 stitches and do 28 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30ºC wool program.
• Do not use the dryer.
• It cannot be ironned.

• To knit a winter cap you will need 100 grams.
• To knit a scarf you will need 200 grams.
• To knit a kid sweater size 6 years you will need 450 grams.
• To knit a women sweater size M you will need 600 grams.
• To knit men sweater size M you will need 800 grams.
