Schachenmayr introduces Lovely Mohair, a yarn designed to knit elegant and warm garments and accessories for the autumn-winter seasons. This yarn is made of natural and synthetic fibers: acrylic, mohair, and polyester. Thanks to this combination, we get a soft, resistant, and warm ball.
This yarn is ideal to knit garments and accessories: sweaters, scarves, cowls, cardigans, and more. Think outside the box thanks to this fluffy and soft yarn!
Schachenmayr Lovely Mohair is made of:
- 60% polyacrylic
- 30% mohair
- 10% polyester
The acrylic is a synthetic fiber very similar to the wool since they present the same thermal properties. Your creations will present a subtle hairy touch thanks to the mohair fibers.
Which are the features of this yarn?
- Each ball has 100 grams and around 600 meters.
- Its thickness is ideal to work with the 4-5 mm knitting needles.
- Mount 18 stitches and do 24 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
- Handwash with cold water.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
- Dry flat away from the sun.
