The Katia Viscose Jersey Print - Africa Palm fabric is slightly stretchy and features a spectacular African-inspired geometric print, full of dynamism and color. Composed of 95% viscose and 5% elastane, it offers a perfect blend of softness, breathability, and adaptability, making it ideal for warm days. Thanks to its fluid drape and cool touch, this fabric elegantly and comfortably hugs the body, making it perfect for crafting airy dresses, fresh blouses, and flowing skirts.

With a width of 150 cm and a weight of 210 g/m², Africa Palm has just the right body for lightweight garments without being transparent, maintaining its shape with use. It is skin-friendly, thanks to its origin from natural cellulose fibers, and is certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, ensuring it is free from harmful substances.

Features of the Katia Viscose Jersey Print - Africa Palm:

  • Composition: 95% Cotton - 5% Elastane

  • Width: 150 cm

  • Weight: 210 g/m²

  • Wash at a maximum of 30°C.

  • Iron at a low temperature.

  • Do not use the dryer.

  • Sew with a Jersey needle, SUK ballpoint size 70/80.

  • Use low tension on the upper thread and small stitches to prevent the seams from breaking when stretched. Do not stretch the fabric while sewing to avoid loose seams.

  • If you have an overlock machine, it's ideal for all seams; adjust the differential until the fabric does not stretch. Hem with a twin needle for Jersey.

  • Steam or wash before cutting and sewing.
