Proto by Valeria di Roma is available in yarn roving for felting skeins with a fine thickness. His colour is DYED MANUALLY, and it is totally spotted, full of little specks of different colours, which will provide your sewing pieces a multicoloured and unique appearance.

The fabric of this yarn made of one tail end is very pleasant on the skin. Fluffy and smooth! 

It is the perfect yarn to create warming sewing for children and adults. Excellent to weave pullovers, coats, cardigans, ponchos, capes, blankets and many more.

Proto is made of high-quality fibers and its touch is unique. You will love to wrap yourself up feeling the quality on your skin.

Characteristics of Proto by Valeria:

• Each skein has 50 grams and 150 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4 - 5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 20 stitches and do 27 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• You can wash this yarn in the washing machine at 30ºC.
• It is recommended to not spin-dry.
• It can be ironed at low temperature, up to 110º.
• You cannot use the dryer.
• We recommend you to dry it horizontally and to not hang up the clothes.

How many balls do I need to weave my sewing pieces?

• To weave a long-sleeved pullover (size 42) you will need 8 balls.
