Drops Kid-Silk

Kid-Silk by Drops Garn Studio is a yarn with a wonderful touch that offers an excellent softness thanks to its super kid mohair and silk composition.

This yarn is light. It offers a hairy texture, with some extra thin hairs, really thin and light. So it has this special touch. Its hair is really light and it has a sweet touch in contact with your skin.

The yarn Drops Kid Silk is made by:

• 75% Mohair
• 25% Silk

This wonderful fibres mixture offers a high quality yarn in contact with the skin.

The Super Kid Mohair  has two main characteristics: softness and lightness, apart from being a thin fibre that will keep you warm  due to its excellent thermal qualities.

The combination of these two fibres give a softer strand with a really subtle shine.

You should know that Kid Silk by Drops...

• Each ball has 25 grams and 200 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 3.5 mm knitting needles.
• To knit a long sleeves pull size L you will need 150 grams, more or less 6 balls.
• To knit a collar you will need 3 balls.
• To knit a 140 x 45 cm scarf you will need 3 balls.
• To make a 10 x 10 cm square you have to mount 23 stitches and do 30 laps.
• We recommend you to wash it by hand at 30ºC maximum.
• Do not dry it in the dryer.
• We recommend you to dry it horizontally.
• Made in the EU.
