Ispe Seta Mare

Ispe Seta Mare is a fine artificial silk thread, perfect for knitting baby clothes, tops on blankets, relief drawings on the blouses of the smallest, etc.

This thread is especially used in baby clothes and baby knitting magazine projects because it has a silky, bright touch, perfect for babies.

This yarn can be mixed with wool, cotton or other material with different texture or thickness, providing a marbled touch.

We recommend you not to remove the yarn from its original plastic bag. It is recommended to make a small hole where you can get the thread and begin to knit comfortably with the certainty that this ball will not fall apart.

Ispe Seta Mare is made of:

• 100% viscose

Ispe Seta Mare is a bright Egyptian pearl model nº 8 made of 100% viscose fibres.

These fibres make it high quality silky yarn despite the thin thickness of its strand.

You should know that Ispe Seta Mare…

• Each ball has 100 grams and 666 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 1.5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• It’s suitable for washing, but we recommend you to wash delicates by hand with cold water (up to 40ºC).
• We recommend you to use neutral detergents and not bleach or chlorine products.
• It can be ironed at a low temperature, up to 110ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. 
• Contains Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certificate that ensures that this thread is tested to avoid containing harmful substances.

Use this silky yarn to make tassels, lace outfits, accessories for party dresses and many other original clothes.

It is available in different colours that you can combine to create your own mixes of tones.
