This kind of cotton is grown in areas that are certificated as free of toxic substances, pesticide, synthetic insecticides and other kind of chemical products. They only use natural fertilizer and pesticides, so they protect the environment, and also it protects our surroundings and our skin.  

The organic cotton prevents the skin exposition to toxic substances, offers high quality cloths for every kind of skin, it prevents allergies in babies’ skin.

When they dye the cotton, they use free strong materials products. So its finish is pure and biodegradable.

You should know that Fair Cotton by Katia…

• Each balls has 50 grams and 155 metres.
• This yarn is perfect to use 2½ - 3½ mm needles and 3 mm crochet hooks.
• You will only need 6 balls to knit a short sleeves pull size 42.
• You will have to mount 27 stitches and do 34 laps to have a 10 x 10 cm square.
• You can wash it in the washing machine at 30ºC.
• It is also suitable to iron.
• We do not recommend you to dry it in the dryer, but horizontally.
