Mondial Super Treccia is very soft and pleasant to the touch thanks to its composition. This yarn is perfect to knit warm garments to keep you warm in winter such as scarfs, sweaters, beanies, ponchos, and much more. It has 200 grams, so you will be able to knit an accessory with only one ball!
This model presents different gradient colors which will provide a striped effect to your garments and accessories. Choose your favorite color combination and knit your next project. You will love its gradient color!
Super Treccia by Mondial is made of:
- 50% pure merino wool
- 50% acrylic
This synthetic and natural fiber combination results in a soft and pleasant yarn, without losing the quality provided by the pure merino wool. This specific type of wool comes from the first shearing of a merino wool.
Which are the features of this yarn?
- Each ball has 200 grams and around 440 meters.
- Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4 -5 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
- Mount 22 stitches and do 25 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge with your 4,5 mm knitting needles.
- Washable at up to 30ºC.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Iron at up to 110ºC.
- It is recommended to dry horizontally without hanging it up.
Amount of balls needed to:
- To knit a sweater for 10-year-old children you will need around 300-400 grams (2 balls).
- To knit a sweater size 42 you will need around 400-500 grams (2 o 3 balls).
- To knit a sweater size 48 you will need around 600-700 grams (3 o 4 balls).
